The location of the hotel was great, as it was close to shopping malls and other attractions. the breakfast offered was a nice touch, with a variety of delicious items to choose from. the staff was friendly and accommodating, ensuring that all my needs were met.
The hotel lacked proper communication and security measures. When I arrived, there was no one to assist me at the gate and it took a while to check-in.

As bike riders, we loved the easy check-in process and secure 24-hour security for our peace of mind. The clean and peaceful property provided the perfect place to relax and unwind after a long day of riding. We also appreciated the excellent WiFi and smart TV with Netflix and YouTube, which added an extra level of comfort and entertainment. The friendly and helpful staff, particularly Pleasure, made our stay even more enjoyable. Kyalami Creek provided a home away from home feeling with excellent privacy.
We felt very comfortable at Kyalami Creek, and nothing was too much trouble for the staff.

I had a fantastic stay at Kyalami Creek! The value for my money was excellent, and the room was comfortable with cozy beds and a relaxing sofa. The location was perfect for my needs in Midrand, and the staff were great too ensure I had a great experience.
The morning meal could have been improved with a wider variety of breakfast options.
